Trailcon Leasing, Inc, a privately held Canadian company and leader in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and fleet management, is pleased to announce key changes within their Finance Leadership Team to support the company’s continued growth plans.
Ryan McGovern will join Trailcon as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Ryan will assume ownership for the overall strategic financial direction of the business and will expand relationships with key banking partners. Ryan has nearly 20 years of professional experience spanning private equity, investment banking, business strategy and risk management. Prior to joining Trailcon, Ryan was a Director within OPTrust’s Private Markets Group, leading North American private markets investments across the private equity and infrastructure asset classes. Prior to OPTrust, Ryan was a member of the investment banking divisions at Goldman Sachs in New York and National Bank Financial in Toronto. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Rosanna Ryan will be promoted to Vice President of Finance. Rosanna will assume responsibility for all financial reporting and everything transactional within the finance group. Rosanna joined Trailcon just over 3 years ago as a Finance Director and led key projects and initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency and she championed the replacement of several finance legacy systems. “Rosanna has been a critical member of our leadership team at Trailcon and her positive impact has been felt across all areas and functions of the business since the day she joined us.
