Roberto’s experience spans retail, construction, transportation, and food sectors, demonstrating his versatility and comprehensive understanding of occupational health and safety across different environments. Most recently, Roberto served as the Director of Compliance at Parkbridge, where he contributed significantly for over two years. Prior to this, he was the Director of Health & Safety Services at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) for four years, where he developed and implemented robust safety programs.
Roberto also held the position of Director of Safety & Loss Prevention at Aramark in Toronto for five years, where he was instrumental in enhancing safety protocols and reducing incidents. His international experience includes working as an International Health and Safety Advisor at the International Labour Organization in Geneva for two years, providing him with a global perspective on health and safety practices.

Roberto holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Master’s degree from McGill University. His strong academic foundation, combined with his practical experience, underscores his ability to build, implement, and lead strategic health and safety programs from the ground up.
As the Director of Occupational Health & Safety, Roberto Ocon will oversee all safety-related activities, including the enhancing our safety policies, training programs, and compliance with industry regulations, nationally.
