Meet Ryan, an experienced corporate finance professional with a successful career spanning more than two decades. As the CFO & EVP of Trailcon, Ryan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s finance function, with a strong focus on strategy, risk management, and financing.
Before joining Trailcon, Ryan spent eleven years as a private equity investor, leading more than $1 billion in successful private equity investments across North America. Prior to his time in private equity, Ryan spent a decade in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions, most recently with the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in New York, NY.
Ryan has served on several boards of directors, including VersaCold Logistics Services and Superior Midstream.
Ryan holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
