Meet Roberto Ocon, an accomplished leader in Occupational Health & Safety with extensive experience across multiple industries, including retail, construction, transportation, and food sectors. With a proven track record in safety management, Roberto has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop and implement robust safety programs that enhance operational excellence and reduce incidents.

Most recently, Roberto served as the Director of Compliance at Parkbridge, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s safety culture over a two-year period. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Health & Safety Services at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), where he was instrumental in creating comprehensive safety programs that addressed the unique needs of an educational environment.

Roberto’s career also includes leadership roles as the Director of Safety & Loss Prevention at Aramark in Toronto, where his leadership significantly improved safety protocols and reduced workplace incidents. His international experience as an International Health and Safety Advisor at the International Labour Organization in Geneva provided him with a global perspective on health and safety practices, further broadening his expertise.

Roberto holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Master’s degree from McGill University. His strong academic background, coupled with his practical experience, underscores his ability to build, implement, and lead strategic health and safety programs that align with organizational goals.
