Meet Katharine McMichael, a corporate development and finance professional with experience spanning mergers & acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, investment banking, and strategic corporate initiatives. She began her career in corporate finance at Grant Thornton, where she developed experience supporting M&A transactions, valuation engagements, and financial analysis. She later worked in mid-market investment banking before moving into corporate development, where she focused on strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
Katharine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
