Meet Robert Hansen, a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of experience at Eaton, where he consistently drove continuous improvement and delivered impactful results across various roles. Robert held several key positions, including Vice President of Operations CPDI, where he spearheaded large-scale operational strategies that significantly enhanced efficiency and productivity. His leadership in this role was characterized by his ability to implement innovative solutions and foster a culture of excellence.
He also held Plant Manager roles in Milton, ON, and Tanauan, Philippines, as well as Operations Manager in Airdrie, AB. In each of these positions, Robert demonstrated his ability to drive operational excellence and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
Robert’s educational background is equally impressive, with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
Robert is currently leading Trailcon’s operations, focusing on optimizing processes, driving strategic growth, and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
